We will be meeting on the weekend of 04.–07.09.2025 (Thursday–Sunday) in Erlangen, Germany for a TeamNewPipe retreat! Depending on the number of attendants that can make it on each day, it can still happen that we drop the Thursday.

Join us for:

• productive NewPipe work
• an in-person NewPipe e.V. general assembly (remote attendance will of course be possible)
• cooking together
• playing games together
• getting to know each other better

(This list is neither exhaustive nor guaranteed, but should give you a vague idea of what we are up to and why it is a good idea to make time for us.)

As for other conferences, we have a travel budget that we are happy to spend on accommodation and journey costs of TeamNewPipe members. Fill out the forms in this signup page to apply for such cost reimbursement and accommodation. We will inform you about our decision as soon as we can, after the application closes. Note that people that are only part of NewPipe e.V. are also invited but will get reduced priority when budgeting.

So, don't wait – register now! Applications for our travel budget will already close on Saturday, June 28 so we can advance planning in a timely matter, and ensure we can still book rooms for us to stay in. It will still be possible to register later on, but we may no longer be able to provide you with reimbursements for your cost in that case.
